Belfius hereby informs that the subordinated Notes with isin XS0117920149, XS0116242784 and BE0116241358 will be called on their next call dates, respectively 21 March 2018, 25 May 2018 and 18 May 2018. This decision follows the issue of a EUR 200 mio 10NC5 transaction on 8 March 2018, and contributes to an optimal capital structure going forward. The exercise of the calls has been approved by the Regulator.

Belfius Bank is exploring opportunities in the Tier 2 market, for a RegS sub benchmark transaction . Belfius Bank and Morgan Stanley have been mandated to consider the possibility of a up to EUR 200 million 10NC5 issue. A transaction may follow, subject to market conditions. The aim of the transaction is to contribute to an optimal capital structure going forward. An application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Notes are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody’s. The identified target market for the Securities (for the purposes of the product governance obligations under MiFID II) shall be eligible counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution channels). There will be no sales to EEA retail and no PRIIPS KID will be prepared.
